PLEASE NOTE - DEVELOPMENTS AT CROSSNESS DURING 2010 & 2011

Following confirmation of the award from the Heritage Lottery Fund and other major grant givers the Trust is now embarking on a major programme of work that will see the creation of a new access road, the repair of the fabric of the core buildings and the creation of new visitor and exhibition facilities.

Whilst we are keen to maintain access to the site during this period, the extensive building work presents a real challenge which will mean that the site is closed to the public for significant periods until work is completed early in 2011.

We will will endeavour to keep you informed as to the progress of works during the course of this year and when we expect public visiting to be resumed.
