Crossness Pumping Station is located on the south shore of the Thames about 6 miles from Woolwich and 15 miles from London Bridge. It was originally known as the Southern Outfall Works and is adjacent to Erith Marshes.

The official postcode covers a large area and can often result is being taken to the wrong location.
It is recommended that you use a different postcode SE2 9XL with house number 197, this will take you Harrow Manorway at the junction with Sewell Road and Bazelgette Way. Turn right into Bazalgette Way and continue to the car park at the end of the road.
